Read the blog →Before you invest, know what you are buying: the architecture, the code, the security posture and the compliance gaps, with the red flags and what they cost to fix. Startups use the same review to get ready before investors or acquirers start asking.
how the product is built, hosted and scaled

how changes reach production, who owns what, key-person risk
help answering the investor's diligence requests, and the fixes worth making first
Investors get an independent view they can rely on in the deal. Startups get the problems found and fixed on their own timeline, not the buyer's. Portfolios get a baseline per company and a view across the fund.
The price above covers the work. It also covers where the work lives, which most buyers are quoted separately as an annual platform subscription.
| traztech Workspace | Other GRC platforms | |
|---|---|---|
| Licence cost | $0. Free forever, no card, no paid tier | $7,500 to $50,000 a year, on an annual contract |
| Control library, evidence register, policy templates, risk register, vendor questionnaires, readiness scoring | Included | Included |
| What it costs inside an engagement with us | $0. You need a workspace either way | Unchanged. The subscription sits on top of the fee |
| What it does to your audit quote | A documented readiness position the audit firm can scope and price against | Nothing. The audit firm prices your readiness, not your tooling |
Platform pricing is a publicly reported range, since none of them publish a number. The fuller comparison, including when a paid platform is the better buy, is on the Workspace page.
Whoever commissions it, and the report says so. When an investor commissions it, the report is theirs and the reliance terms say who may use it. When a startup commissions it to prepare, the report is theirs to share or not.
Read access to the repositories and cloud accounts in scope makes the review accurate. Where a target will not grant access before signing, we work from documents, interviews and a supervised walkthrough, and the report states that limit.
Yes. Each company gets a short baseline review and a place in the free workspace, and the fund gets a summary of where risk sits across the portfolio.
It is a fixed price scoped to the size of the target and the depth you need, quoted before any work starts. The starting price is on our pricing page, and a portfolio baseline is quoted per company.
A single company with a clear boundary is usually a short engagement; a larger or multi-product target takes longer, and limited code access slows it down. We agree the timeline when we scope it, because a deal on a clock and a deal with none are different jobs.
A clear verdict, the red flags tied to their impact on the deal, an estimate of what each one costs to fix, and a first 100 days plan. When a startup commissions it, it also covers the fixes worth making before investors look.
